The 2008-2009 Waterloo Minor Pee Wee Timber Wolves had a fantastic season, not only winning the John MacDonald Memorial Tournament in St. Catharines, but they also won the league championships. They captured the silver medal at the Provincial Championships over the Easter weekend to top off their successful year. Coach Trevor Ludolph thought that the addition of Personal Edge Training's Quick Feet program was very valuable. "Our team was better conditioned than most other teams and that led to more wins this year.  Our skating became stronger and faster."  Not only did coach Ludolph feel that Quick Feet helped develop the speed, agility, balance and endurance of his players, he also felt that the boys bonded outside of the hockey arena which helped with their overall team play on the ice. " The players loved going to Personal Edge Training because it was a new and fun way to hang out with the boys."

The team completed 12 weeks of Quick Feet training, once a week, which Ludolph really feels gave his hockey team the competitive edge that they were looking for this year.  "This was the first time that we did something like this and as long as I am coaching hockey, I will keep bringing my teams back. This was money well spent!"  Congratulations Waterloo Minor Pee Wee Timber Wolves on a hugely successful season.
