Phil Snider is one of the first personal trainers in Canada, building over 25 years of experience. His reputation both locally and nationally is that of a highly effective strength and conditioning specialist whose core competency and passion is working with hockey players, from budding youth athletes to professional NHL hockey players, such as Kevin Klein, Bryan Little and Evan Brophy.
Helping athletes improve their athleticism in order to enhance their skill in any sport is where Phil’s expertise in program design continues to make a mark in the sport conditioning world. His cutting edge dry land conditioning program, “Quick Feet”, is changing how athletes and coaches alike view off-ice/off court conditioning.

From the ‘first time’ exerciser to the elite athlete, Phil quickly finds out how to best motivate and educate his clients to get positive results. Training with Phil improves his clients’ self-esteem so they have the confidence to achieve a new life, through not only his fitness expertise, but also his caring and compassion. Phil was not only instrumental in bringing the Functional Movement Screening certification courses to Canada, but he also teaches the Level I FMS Course.
