As a personal trainer, Josh is always looking to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. Whether it is to lose weight, keep up with the kids, or strive for athletic pursuits, Josh is driven to help. Josh comes from a competitive sports background, which includes competing at a national level in Taekwondo and playing competitive travel baseball growing up. Originally, Josh is from Sarnia where he graduated from Lambton College in 2008 and then went on to the University of Windsor, where he earned a Sport Management Degree. Josh has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over a decade, during which time he has helped countless people reach their health and fitness goals.
More recently, Josh has gained his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification, the industry gold-standard for athlete development and is looking to expand on his already illustrious career as a strength and conditioning coach. In addition to his CSCS certification, Josh is a Certified Personal Trainer through CSEP - CPT and FMS certified. With such an extensive educational background along with many years of experience, Josh is extremely versatile in delivering highly effective, safe and customized programs for clients of any age or ability. This expertise in combination with his non-judgemental, caring demeanour allows clients to feel comfortable, challenged and motivated under Josh’s guidance.
