Spinning or indoor cycling classes are a fantastic way to burn MAJOR calories and boost your cardiovascular fitness in a short period of time. Not only does it help to rev your metabolism, but it will also energize you throughout the day! Early morning is the best time to rev your engine and take advantage of speeding up your metabolism for the day. You can put a SPIN on your workout routine by adding a fun and energizing SPINNING class. Half of the class is dedicated to spinning, while the other half of the class is resistance training.   You will still have time to shower and get to the office or back home for your family! No matter what your fitness level is, our classes are designed to suit all levels of fitness and experience. If you don't like to go outside to run in the winter and don't have snow tires on your road bike, then bring your cardio workout indoors!

SCHEDULE:  

Mondays and/or Thursdays: 

6:00 a.m. - 6:45 a.m. - with Phil

(*if you would like to sign up, but the program has already started, we will make adjustments to the price)

Investment in your health:

 

$16/class for the entire session

No pay per class options.

MAKE-UP SESSION POLICY:   You can make up 2 classes per session if you should have to miss a class and arrange to make that up in one of our other classes. You must contact the studio in order to make sure the class is not full. Missed classes will not carry over into the next 8 week session.

Minimum of 4 people per Spin Class is required. Pre-registration and payment is required to reserve your spot. Click on "Sign Up Now" at the top of this page to register. Payment must be done at Personal Edge Training studio.
