BALANCE YOUR BODY - 12 week program
Join Personal Edge trainer, Ben Brock, in a 12 week practical seminar style program where you will pursue balance in both mind and body. During the workouts you will take a journey together in the creation of mobile, strong and balanced bodies. A major focus will be on freeing up key potential pain areas like the knees, shoulders and back. Each week there will be a new challenge to take home and practice.
