Summer is winding down and its time to spark up your workouts with some fun and fantastic fitness. At Personal Edge our boot camps are not simply glorified aerobics classes. We use much more than just yoga mats, dumbbells and park benches. Our highly experienced Personal Trainers lead an energetic circuit of exercises using a wide variety of equipment that most facilities would only use with their one-on-one clients. Feel confident that you will learn how to workout safely and effectively under the watchful eyes of our professional trainers. It's a cost effective way of getting the expertise of a personal trainer without the expense of one-on-one training. If you are serious about making a change, come out to a fun filled group training circuit taught by personal training experts (and Moms), Roberta Snider and Cheryl Carter. Mondays 8:00 - 8:45 p.m., (6 WEEKS) Sept. 14. - Oct. 26,excluding Thanksgiving Mon. Oct. 12
Wednesdays 8:00 - 8:45 p.m., (8 WEEKS) Sept. 9 - Oct. 28
Thursdays 8:00 - 8:45 p.m., (8 WEEKS) Sept. 10 - Oct. 29
Saturdays 7:15 a.m. - 8:00 a.m., (8 WEEKS) Sept. 12 - Oct. 31

Investment in your health:
1 class/ week = Mondays 6 Week Program = $132 + GST, 8 Week Programs = $176 + GST
2 classes/ week : 6 Week Program + 8 Week Program = $280 + GST, 2 x 8 Week Programs = $320 + GST
3 classes/ week : 6 Week Program + 2 x 8 week Programs = $396 + GST, 3 x 8 Week Programs = $432 + GST
