The new Kettlebell classes are a progressive workout that incorporates the entire body and produces fat-burning results. Increase your power and cardiovascular endurance while enjoying an exciting and highly motivating workout led by the Kbell certified instructors at Personal Edge.
Fall Kettlebell Classes (8 WEEK PROGRAM , Sept. - end of Oct. )
Tuesdays 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. , Sept. 8 - Oct. 27
Thursday 7:00 - 8:00 p.m., Sept. 10 - Oct. 29
(*if you would like to sign up, but the program has already started, we will make adjustments to the price)
Investment in your health:
1 class/week for 8 weeks = $200 + GST
2 classes/week for 8 weeks = $320 + GST
NOTE: All participants must complete an introductory Kettlebell course before participating in the advanced classes. Please call for further information at 576.7688.
