This EARLY MORNING advanced level workout is definitely for the experienced exerciser. No time for anything except 100% effort for maximum results. The class begins with a 10 min. active warm-up followed by a 40 minute circuit of strength and power techniques combined with high intensity cardio intervals. We will wrap it up with a cool down and stretch to send you on your way feeling fantastic and ready for a ultra productive day!
