"LIFT Class" - Lunchtime Interval Fitness Training is a circuit training class using both body weight exercises and lots of resistance training toys to help sculpt your body.

For those of you who sit at your desk all day, this class is a MUST do! If you have always wanted to chisel your midsection, strengthen your core and shape your backside, Cheryl will happily kick your butt and blast your abs in this NEW 30 min.class, leaving you time to eat and get back to work! This HALF HOUR class will focus on exercises designed to work on the two most neglected yet areas of your body when you have a desk job - your core & buttocks! Imagine having sleek, solid midsection, strong core and a firm back end to boot!
