Are you looking for a new and exciting workout to kick off the New Year, and kick start your metabolism? Kettlebells are a great way to kick-start your fitness goals. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced kettlebeller, Personal Edge has the class to take you to the next level with your training. We are offering both beginner and intermediate/advanced classes to start the year 2010.
Kettlebell classes are a progressive workout that incorporates the entire body and produces fat-burning results. Increase your power and cardiovascular endurance while enjoying an exciting and highly motivating workout led by the K-bell certified instructors at Personal Edge.
INTRO TO K-BELLS Class (4 week program for the price of 3 weeks!!)
Tuesdays 8:00 - 9:00 p.m. , Jan. 5 - Jan. 26, 2010
Investment in your health:
1 class/week for 4 weeks = $75 + GST
Intermediate / Advanced Kettlebell Classes (8 WEEK PROGRAM , Jan. - Feb., 2010 )
Tuesdays 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. , Jan. 5 - Feb. 23, 2010
Thursday 7:00 - 8:00 p.m., Jan. 7 - Feb. 25, 2010

Investment in your health:
1 class/week for 8 weeks = $199 + GST
2 classes/week for 8 weeks = $320 + GST
NOTE: All participants must complete an introductory Kettlebell course before participating in the advanced classes. Please call for further information at 576.7688.
Refer a friend to our kettlebell classes and you will receive a $20 coupon to use toward the purchase of any service that we offer at Personal Edge Training, including group classes, personal training, pilates, and nutrition services.
Minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 people per session. Pre-registration is required. Click on "Sign Up Now" at the top of this page to register. Payment for the program must be done at Personal Edge Training studio.
