Our highly experienced Personal Trainers lead an energetic circuit of exercises using a wide variety of equipment that most facilities would only use with their one-on-one clients. Schedule: 

Mondays -

7:00 - 8:00 p.m. with Roberta

Wednesdays -

8:00 - 9:00 p.m. with Briar

Saturdays -

8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.  with Briar or Bert
